Further, Cargo Transporters, Inc. uses the T2™ Untethered TrailerTRACS® technology from Qualcomm to ensure freight security and to provide for proper trailer utilization. Using these technologies allows
Operations, Customer Service, Security, and Shop Personnel to stay in constant
communication with our drivers. In turn, this allows us to provide our
customers with up to the minute information regarding the status of their
shipments. Use of these systems from Qualcomm help us achieve complete customer satisfaction with our services.

Cargo Online is our suite of Internet-based tools. With this set of tools, our customers are given several options. Our customers are given the ability to view information on their shipments that are present within our system. Information on origin, destination, and stopoffs is available as well as a multitude of other information. This load management system is currently offering a seven-day history on loads as well. A username and password are required for use of this system.
Our customers are also given the ability to view Proofs of Delivery (P.O.D.'s) via the PaperWise Document Management solution that we offer through the website. As with Shipment Tracking, a username and a password are required.
Finally, rate requests for loads can be sent directly to us through Cargo Online. The user can simply fill out a form and expect results shortly after we receive the information. From the information that is completed on the form, we are able to give an accurate rate quote to you.

| Integrated systems link our satellite communications, operation systems, maintenance systems, and financial systems together, allowing us to provide our customers with current, up-to-date information on most any questions that may arise during the business day. Our systems are maintained on state of the art AS/400 hardware from IBM and are protected twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week by two stand-by generators. All systems are managed by our Information Systems department.
